IHaving a TBI decades ago I have learned the value of rehabilitation and exercising in the pool and in the gym, however I’ve also learned that taking a couple weeks off or even a weekend for some reason can be detrimental to your overall health and things just get worse so. So I continue day after day going through the exercises in the morning the stretches and the modified calisthenics, the workout routines at the gym and in the pool and they can bem exhausting , kind of depressing doing them year after year and not showing a lot of improvement here but when I did take a week off or two weeks off because of a travel or family issues I got physically worse much and it took months and months to gain my strength back or walking speed or less dependence on assistive devices. So here’s some inspirational quotes and tips. And my own advice keep going never give up I’m sure you heard that but it really has a strong meaning now to me
